Very surreal holding that little case in my hand knowing that the piece of coal is 112 years old and that it was on the Titanic.

I wrote a book about the Titanic, asked a dear friend to read it, and write a blurb for the back cover. I got him the coal as a thank you gift for him. I was impressed with it and he was impressed too, and it's hard to impress a lawyer.

This commemorative medallion and piece of coal is beautifully boxed/presented and is a lovely way to remember my visit to the Titanic exhibit in Las Vegas. This is a limited edition and I have a relatively high number so it would not surprise me if they are soon sold out and no longer available.
