Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges

 We will gladly issue an exchange or refund for the value of the merchandise returned within 21 days of purchase. No refund will be issued after 21 days. Please allow 30 days for us to process your request. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 The original return label should be attached. Fees for return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

 Refunds will occur via original form of payment within 30 days of return.

  1. You have to inform us at merch@prxi.com within 21 days if you intend to return/exchange.
  2. State the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.
  3. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  4. Return item must be in its original/unused condition. Returns of damaged or used goods will be rejected – these goods will be discarded.
  5. Incomplete packaging will result in a $3.00 re-stocking fee.
  6. Must include original packing slip and reason for return written clearly
  7. We suggest making a copy of your original packing slip for your records

 Damaged Products

 Your order will leave our store in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the shipper.  If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper.

 Product Defects

 Defects are extremely rare due to the high quality of the production process. However, if you believe that the product that you have received is defective:

 

  1. Do not use the product. As soon as the product is used, there is no way to proof whether the defect was due to manufacturing or damaged by the user.
  2. Take clear photo of the defect and send them to merch@prxi.com.
  3. Please return the defective product in order to receive a replacement.
  4. We will not charge a shipping or handling for returns on products we deem defective.



Shipping Policy

Continental United States Orders:

  • Domestic USA Orders received by 2:00PM Eastern time will be shipped within 3 business days, excluding orders received on the weekend. Delivery will vary depending on ship to location and method of shipping selected.
  • Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
  • Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped.  We will notify you by email when that has occurred.
  • Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges.  You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges.
  • Orders are shipped via Federal Express and USPS.  A physical address is required for shipment.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We verify all credit cards before shipping.  In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.

Expected Delivery Dates:

  • All dates are estimates and may vary.  Please see notes below.
  • Standard Ground: 3-14 business days after order processing

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • Actual rates at time of purchase may vary and will be displayed in your Shopping Cart during the order process.  See “Additional Shipping Charges.”

Additional Shipping and Handling Charges and Insurance:

  • If we determine that your order will require any shipping and handling charges in addition to those displayed during the order process, we will notify you by email and ask you to approve the additional charges.  We will not ship your order until you have approved the additional charges, which may delay shipping.  If you are not satisfied with any additional charges, we will offer you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
  • Oversized or bulky items may incur additional shipping and handling charges.
  • Orders that need to be shipped in separate boxes will incur an additional shipping and handling charge.  We will notify you by email if your order ships in multiple boxes.
  • High value items (exceeding $200) may require additional shipping, handling and insurance charges.  This charge will not show up on your order but will be added during processing. You will be notified by email if the charge exceeds $6.00.  This may delay shipment of your order.

  • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
  • All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US$.
