Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly issue an exchange or refund for the value of the merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. No refund will be issued after 30 days. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your request once the item(s) are received back into the warehouse.
Refunds will occur via original form of payment within 30 days of return.
- You have to inform us at merch@emgroup.com within 30 days if you intend to return/exchange and the reason.
- State the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.

Damaged Products
Your order will leave our store in great condition and packaged to ensure that nothing breaks. If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact us via merch@emgroup.com.
Product Defects
Defects are extremely rare due to the high quality of the production process. However, if you believe that the product that you have received is defective:
- Do not use the product. As soon as the product is used, there is no way to proof whether the defect was due to manufacturing or damaged by the user.
- Take clear photo of the defect and send them to merch@emgroup.com.
- Please return the defective product in order to receive a replacement.
- We will not charge a shipping or handling for returns on products we deem defective.
Shipping Policy
United States & International Orders:
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Expected Delivery Dates:
- All dates are estimates and may vary.
- Standard Ground: 3-14 business days after order processing
Standard Shipping Rates:
- Actual rates at time of purchase may vary and will be displayed in your Shopping Cart during the order process.
Additional Shipping and Handling Charges and Insurance:
- If we determine that your order will require any shipping and handling charges in addition to those displayed during the order process, we will notify you by email and ask you to approve the additional charges. We will not ship your order until you have approved the additional charges, which may delay shipping. If you are not satisfied with any additional charges, we will offer you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
- Oversized or bulky items may incur additional shipping and handling charges.
- The Titanic Store is not responsible for any tax on international orders.
